What is ASCE?
ASCE stands for the American Society of Civil Engineers. Founded in 1852, it is the oldest national professional engineering society in the United States. Our organization connects civil and environmental engineering students with other students, employers and opportunities for real-world engineering applications.
Feel free to contact our president, Gabe Baird, with any questions.
The University of Iowa ASCE student chapter holds general meetings every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm in room 2217 Seamans Center. All civil engineering students are welcome to join, just simply show up!
